JJP’s project is located in Wenshan district, Taipei city within a decayed neighborhood. In order to enrich the surroundings, six colors of exterior cladding shape a dynamic atmosphere while the outer envelope shapes a “super-flat” elevation. This public housing intends to positively promote the image of public construction via its pre-fabrication method and shortening construction period.

Public constructions seem to be a pain in neck for most participants. J.J.Pan and Partners has worked vigorously and managed to complete the project 30 days prior to the schedule.
